I reckon it’s the former rather than the latter.
There are so many old videos of Kennedy where his words, body language & face tell us he was being sincere & was/is an ‘anti-vaxxer’. Nowadays micro movements indicate he’s not always comfortable with the script he’s been given, or with what he’s hearing his ‘boss’ say.
I still say Kennedy threw CHD under the bus, & he’d have done that for nothing less than Presidency. Let’s not forget he was running for the position until Trump got him to play with his gang [or was that just part of the plan/show?].
Either way, Kennedy has done better than just het his ‘foot in the door’, as D. Alec Zeck suggested. He has both feet well & truly planted under the desk, & his arse is nice & comfy.
I do think Kennedy will be President, & wouldn’t it be good if he then went back to being ‘anti-vax’? Although he’d probably end up in the same place as his uncle & his Dad if he did that.
