What is the definition of "not fully vaxxed"? Does that include those who took the jabs but their short-lived immunity has expired? Does it include those who got 1 or 2 doses but are not considered to be fully vaxxed because their jab-based protection has not kicked-in yet? Seems important to keep these things carefully separated. Whenever I see analysis that conflates "never been jabbed" with "jabbed but not currently protected" I get suspicious.
