Make money doing the work you believe in
When I first created epstein-data.com, I posted it to Reddit, on r/Epstein. Within the hour, I had a massive spike in traffic on Cloudflare, and thousands of views on Reddit. It looked like it was beginning to go viral.
My account was shadowbanned before hour #2 -- no notification, no reason provided, no ability to post elsewhere on Reddit -- and the post itself was taken down. With the traffic influx on my day-old site mid-evaporation, I messaged my evil Republican friend, as his experience is in marketing and he often has insight into the ways the world sadly works.
He gave me the only explanation that's satisfied me: “reputational management firms” would likely be on the lookout, ready to start blasting the ‘Report’ button from dozens of sock puppet accounts if one of their clients were to appear in an archive.
The documents show that Epstein himself had built an entire reputation laundering machine, to rehabilitate his own after the ‘08 debacles. Michael Wolff and other legitimate-sounding analog channels were used as attempts to shape opinions towards what JE desired. He also employed more sophisticated techniques to push negative search results further down the page when someone googled him.
How many other manipulations of our perception go unfiltered?
