What do you imagine my bias is? I have no problem with Conway personally or on many topics. When it comes to analyzing the judiciary, Conway has a blind spot for the majesty of the justice system. He has made a long series of tortured arguments "explaining" how really the Supreme Court is acting in good faith. He is dug in on a hidebound academic's bias toward the beloved system.. The Republicans on the court have not acted in good faith whenever Republican power is on the line.
