Conservatives point to data showing leftists are more mentally ill. But this just reflects the fact that they're often unhappy.

Conservatives are more likely to be mentally ill in the way Trump is. Sadistic, driven by a desire to hurt people, unable to reason or process information. So they may be more functional at an individual level and not seek help but still a danger to society.
