People who thought national IQ estimates were important were the only ones who had a worldview that predicted China’s rise. That goes completely unmentioned here in the summary of the debate over China.

Of course I told people to shut up about race and IQ, yet this article shows it’s worth knowing about to understand the world. On the policy side, not sure what if anything policymakers would have done with knowledge about Chinese IQ in the 1990s.
