So on Sundays, I do a 3-column brain dump/clean up:

Must Do: the non-negotiables for the week

Should Do: the guilt swirl...things I feel like I should be doing

Let Go / Defer: things that can wait or quietly disappear without ruining anything

It’s like spring cleaning, but for my cortisol levels.
