I joined the bulwark at the beginning of this year. I enjoyed the commentary and analysis. I know that everyone here has their mind, heart and soul in the effort to stop Trumpism. I'm with you. Now I have heard many of your worst case scenarios and they're not apocalyptic enough. I have heard many people saying that maybe when the Supreme Court rules in a couple months or maybe when Trump's poll numbers are down to 32% or maybe when the tariffs really kick in or maybe Christmas or 26 elections...some metric of time. We don't have that luxury. Consider the break neck speed at which Trump and his minions are decimating the idea of America. The resistance is like a man running a marathon on a track of wet cement. Consider what does Trump want. He wants to be king of America and the world and be the most famous person that has ever lived. He wants to be

richer than he ever dreamed. This is his vision of granduer. Now consider that their is a small group of wealthy white men that told him they can get it for him and their reason is their own dream based in white supremacy. Trump will defy the Supreme Court and the brownshirts in congress will do nothing. Trump's inner circle wants the peaceful protests to get bigger so maybe and incident will happen to apply the insurrection act. They have the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers to start one if necessary.Who would stop it? 26 elections really? Trump said " vote for me just this once and you will never have to vote again" What would be next dictatorship, aggression against allies, civil war? Maximum pressure must be brought to bear on those in congress, corporate America and the media by their names. Not generically by groups. We need this to stop soon...before time runs out.
