My sister-in-law is a scholar of the work of Francis Picabia, a pal of Marcel Duchamp and Alfred Stieglitz and a leader in the Dadaist movement. Only, Picabia changed styles and approaches so frequently that no one could figure out who/what he was. Now the Picabia committee is faced with dozens of art owners who ask them: is this Picabia?
