Last week’s windy storm knocked over some of the sunflowers so these needed to be staked up. But I am running low on normal wooden stakes. Hence some alternatives - a very useful old handle from a now defunct mop or broom, (can’t remember which) and a branch from an earlier pruning effort. (The old stockings in the latter are there to save the seed for next year).
