Hi Michael, I appreciate your perspective, and I completely agree that taking that first step and just starting is a huge hurdle for a lot of folks. I certainly don't mean to come across as negative!

My caution comes from my own experience, where standard "just start moving" advice actually landed me in the ER with severe nerve pain. That’s why I had to get highly analytical with my approach rather than just pushing through the pain.

The reality is that treating myself as an n=1 biological experiment—using a hydrocolloid protocol with a precise nutrient stack—has completely turned my life around. It provided the exact biological building blocks to cure my torn iliolumbar ligament and dropped my daily pain to an absolute 0 out of 10. Beyond the structural repair, my detailed daily logs corroborate a 23-pound weight loss, significantly lowered cholesterol, and a reduced risk of diabetes.

It might not be strictly necessary for everyone, but for me, it was the difference between being permanently grounded and getting my life back. The best news I've had in a year just came down: I went from being completely disabled to my doctor officially approving me to be back up 24 feet in the air, painting houses for four hours a day.

For this old frame, dialing in that targeted stack was the only way back up the ladder. :)

Sorry, your negativity says that you have to start somewhere is not sufficient. And none of what you say that is necessary is not accomplished by starting.

And precise, targeted nutrient stack is and cannot be necessary.
