Following my EU "Wall of Shame" post this weekend, I got a lot of requests to add countries. This "Wall of Shame" adds the Baltics, Sweden, Finland and France. Countries in orange have cracked down on transshipments to Russia via Kyrgyzstan. Countries in blue keep looking the other way for over 3 years now...
