I'm an underrepresented he/him with ancestry from Mexico and Korea. I represent an intersectional identity that is chronically underrepresented in institutional data, leadership pipelines, and cultural narratives. My lived experience bridges two rich diasporic traditions—neither fully captured by existing demographic categories nor adequately reflected in decision-making spaces. I am fully committed to amplifying voices at this precise margin, ensuring that “multiracial,” “Latino,” and “Asian” are not treated as mutually exclusive silos but as dynamic, overlapping realities that enrich organizational excellence and innovation.
