MSPs were built on two things:

→ Knowledge.

→ Execution.

Know more than the client.

Do the work they couldn’t do.

Get paid for both.

That model worked for decades.

But AI changes the math.

Knowledge is getting cheaper.

Execution is getting automated.

And most MSPs are not ready for it.
