A founder who recently went through my quarterly Accelerator came in thinking she had a marketing problem.

She's building in the women's health space with a solid product and business growth plan. What she didn't have was a clear way to talk about it. So we didn't focus on tactics.

Instead, we found an Insight her audience could identify with: women are anxious about their intimate health — not because they're paranoid, but because the system that was supposed to help them has spent decades leaving them in the dark.

Then we named the Monster — the thing her brand actually exists to fight: a medical establishment that has dismissed women's bodies for decades, created shame where there should be clarity, and called it normal.

We shaped a Core Belief around that position. Defined her Tribe — who she's building for, and just as importantly, who she's not. And reframed her Offer as the thing standing between her customers and that system.

She told me afterward that one shift changed everything. How she pitches investors. Which partnerships she says yes to. How she plans her content for social.

She signed up to get better at marketing. She walked out knowing why her brand exists.

Marketing amplifies. Brand POV is the reason to amplify in the first place.
