The ghosting especially, but also the general non-response or slow, sluggish response is just incredible. It has always been bad, but never as bad as it is now.

Luckily, it's still possible to find a few who - and I hate to say this way, but I don't know how to otherwise - do it old school. Straightforward with no B.S.
