I can’t stand autorenewal, nor can my paid subscribers. It seems to be the number one reason why they bail—at times right after purchasing a yearly subscription. I’d like my subscribers to choose renewal, not have it foisted on them by a default setting. Can anyone tell me how to disable autorenewal?
