We had a hurricane in LA in mid-August and all I could think about as the river filled up is how when we used to live in a storm drain, we would have had no clue until the water started pouring in & I’m not sure we’d have made it out in time (you gotta squeeze yourself in at the front, it’s hard to do that against torrential waters trying to literally flush like a toilet) the Mayor boasted zero deaths too early, I don’t think we will ever know.😞😔🙏
