Homemade sleep spray: combine 10 drops of lavender essential oil, 5 drops of vetiver essential oil and 5 drops of cedarwood essential oil with filtered water in a small spray bottle. Shake and spray onto your pillow before bed.

Vetiver is one of the most deeply grounding and sedating essential oils ever studied. Cedarwood contains cedrol which research has shown reduces heart rate and promotes deep sleep. Lavender reduces cortisol.
