Thank you to the 21 heroes and heroines who have subscribed to “Chai on Life.”

The passing of one of my best friends’ father, a friend’s brother over the holiday, a memorial of a daughter of another dear friend, and the loss of my eldest cousin, Thomas Frankl, drove me back to writing in a way that I can't quite explain. Suddenly my hand was moving again and words were pouring out of me.
