How to quit ChatGPT (without losing anything):

1. Open your ChatGPT chat history.

2. Find your best prompts that worked.

3. Copy-paste them into a Google Doc.

4. Go to Settings → Personalization.

5. Copy your Custom Instructions.

6. Paste in one Google Doc & download as md file.

7. Go to Settings → Data Controls → Export data.

9. Go to claude .ai/ download.

10. Download the desktop app (MacOS or Windows).

11. Get Claude Pro ($20/month).

12. Click "Cowork" at the center top.

13. Use "Work in a folder" to upload entire zip files.
