Step 1: Stop paying for ChatGPT Plus ($20/month).

Step 2: Go to ChatGPT Settings → Personalization.

Step 3: Copy Custom Instructions & best prompts.

Step 4: Paste them all into a Google Doc.

Step 5: Download Google Doc as Markdown (.md).

Step 6: Install Claude (app): claude .ai/ download.

Step 7: Get Claude Pro ($20/month).

Step 8: Open Claude → click "Cowork" (left sidebar)

Step 11: Drop .md file (Custom Instruction, prompts)
