Make money doing the work you believe in

How to duplicate your entire brain in AI (in 1 day):

___

Step 1: Download Claude (claude. com/ download)

Open Claude 'Cowork' tab. Select Opus 4.6 model.

___

Step 2: Copy-paste my interview prompt

From this guide: ruben.substack.com/p/i-…

It asks you 100 questions about how you think.

___

Step 3: Answer every question out loud

Use the Wispr Flow tool. Talk to yourself. Don't type.

Typing makes you edit. Talking makes you honest.

___

Step 4: Don't tell what you like. Tell what you reject.

"I like clarity" → useless.

"I never start with 'In today's world', I never use 'leverage' as a verb, I'd rather repeat myself than use jargon" → useful.

80% of your file should be what you'd never say.

___

Step 5: Get specific when Claude pushes back

"I keep it simple." → Claude asks: "Simple how?"

Answer: "3 sentences max per paragraph. No semicolons. No words over 3 syllables if a shorter one exists."

The specificity is the taste.

___

Step 6: Save this text file in .md format

One text file. Your entire brain.

Now build your brain file. Create "about-me .md."

To download mine, go here: how-to-ai.guide.

___

Step 7: Upload it to any AI.

From now on, start every prompt with:

Read [yourname].md first.

___

What happens next:

→ AI writes like you on the first try

→ New hires get your voice instantly

→ You switch tools, your taste follows

→ You stop rewriting everything

___

What's inside your file:

✦ Your banned words (so AI never uses them)

✦ Your aesthetic crimes (what makes you cringe)

✦ Your hard nos (topics you won't touch)

✦ Your contrarian takes (so AI argues like you)

✦ Your writing style (how you open, close, pause)

✦ Your "always" vs "never" quick references

___

What changes after:

You stop saying "make it sound like me."

You stop rewriting 50% of every output.

You give the file to a new hire. They write like you.

You switch from ChatGPT to Claude. With context.

You update the file. Every AI gets the new version.

You are now portable.

___

I thought I was unique.

I'm just patterns I never wrote down.

So are you.

Master yourself so AI can master you.
