Don't force your team to "try Claude" (they won't).
Here's the silent 5-day rollout that actually works:

☑ Go to claude .com/pricing/team
☑ Minimum 5 seats, max 150
☑ Go for Premium plan if you're using it daily

☑ You'll get a list of 3-5 Projects to build
_
Day 2 → Build each Project.
☑ Team → New Project → Shared

☑ Lock the context layer.
☑ One Project = one deliverable
☑ No brand guide in the proposals folder
☑ No pricing sheet in the meeting recaps
_
Day 3 → Add a one-line template.

☑ Save it where your team will find it
☑ Test it on a real task.
☑ Pick something that took you 30+ min this week
☑ Run it through your system
☑ Screenshot the before/after - that's your wow
_
Day 4 → Convert ONE teammate.
☑ Not the tech nerd. Not the skeptic
☑ Pick the person drowning in tasks
☑ 15 min together, using THEIR work
☑ Make them a co-owner.
☑ Add them to the shared Project
☑ Show them the templates
☑ Ask: "What else should we template?"
_
Day 5 → Roll it out.

☑ DM 3 people directly with one specific template
