I’ve recently switched from the ubiquitous landscape fabric - usually plastic - to simply weeding in my garden. I don’t use herbicides either. Yes, it’s more physical labor, but I’d rather not keep ingesting microplastics from the veggies in my own garden. Defeats the purpose of gardening, I feel.
