Ruxandra Teslo is doing a science PhD at Cambridge and is a constant stream of good ideas about science and more recently about how we can accellerate drug development by regulating more intelligently. (She’s a particular fan of Australian regulation of drug safety!) Anyway, this is a fine essay in which she paints with a much broader and more humanistic brush!
