That’s not true. There’s actually recent quite cool research from Yanna Gallen showing that unplanned pregnancies have long term impacts on career and earnings for women. Also, anecdotally, as I know several friends who have had abortions, I think their lives would have been massively negatively impacted by having to be with the men they were with when they got pregnant (or alternatively, being single moms).
