My supplement stack. In order of importance.
#1: Waking up before my kids.
If my toddler finds me first, I’m on defense until dinner. If I beat him by 15 minutes, I can handle crayons thrown across the house like it’s nothing.
#2: 7+ hours of sleep.
Bed before 9:30pm. When staying up late starts to feel like freedom, I know I’m off.
#3: Bible before phone.
Even if it’s one verse. I have to start with something that’s held up for thousands of years before I’m told the world has been on fire since 2 am.
#4: Time outside.
Morning run. Sun on my face. I bring my dog along for the warm up. He’s never listened to Huberman and can still keep up at 9 years old.
#5: Water.
Delivered spring water in 5-gallon jugs. Honestly pretty bougie. I know it’s working when I’m constantly inconvenienced by trips to the bathroom. That’s the protocol.
#6: Food that goes bad.
If it lasts three years on my shelf, I don’t want to know what it’s doing in my gut.
#7: Creative work that scares me a little.
God made us to make things. The hesitation before I post is usually the sign I made something real.
