Rode out, found the water, got in.

Definitely below 50 degrees. But there was no ice bath protocol.

No timer. No breathwork sequence.

Just got in because I knew it would make me feel alive.

Endurance athletes are drowning in optimization.

Zone 2 blocks. HRV tracking. Recovery scores. Sleep protocols.

Not enough people talk about riding your bike until you find a creek and just jumping in.

That’s the protocol I’m prescribing.

Come home dirty. Feel something. Remember why you started.
