The "work hard, get the degree, get the high-paying job" pipeline is broken.
Most grads right now are submitting hundreds of resumes into portals. AI filters reject them before a human ever reads a word.
Stop.
Spend at least a third of your time connecting with real people. DM them. Email them. Show them what you're good at. I've referred people who sent me a genuine message showing their work.
Then pick Claude Cowork. Learn it deeply for 3 months. Build real projects. Share what you're learning in public every single day.
Day 1 you learn something, day 2 you post about it.
You don't need to be an expert. You need to be a couple steps ahead of someone else.
Real skills plus visible proof of work... it's what gets you referred. Not a PDF nobody reads.
Start today. Pick Claude Cowork. Do the reps.
