Make money doing the work you believe in

I was wrong about what structure would take from me.

A client worried that systems would flatten her voice or make her generic. I used to believe that too.

What actually happened was the opposite. When pricing, visibility, and operations stopped requiring improvisation, my creativity expanded. Pressure dropped. The work improved.

The fear isn’t really about structure. It’s about losing identity.

But structure doesn’t erase instinct. It protects it. Creativity thrives in stable environments.
