Some of my favorite remedies for anxiety/grief/stress/depression are: Sunshine, fresh air, flowers/trees, movement (especially walking, yoga, and dancing), books, laughter, hugs, and cuddling the furbabies! :) What are yours? We all have to stay calm, centered, strong, and resilient these days … while also allowing ourselves to feel the feels.
