Yep they did. Wikileaks showed an email between Jake Sullivan and Hillary that admitted that AL Qaeda was working for us in Syria to overthrow Assad. Both the CIA and FBI had 2 separate groups fighting each other and of course we armed the terrorists out of Benghazi and our military was working with them.
