Egyptian magic, day 5: ful! The humble fava bean can be prepared a million different ways to make ful, one of Egypt’s simple and delicious staple dishes. It can be stewed, mashed, mild, spicy, topped or plain, but it should always be served with eish baladi (Egyptian flatbread). This is Alexandrian ful, which has a nice kick to it!
