Watching nature shows, it’s so clear how all species have their own battles, amongst themselves and with others. We are no different. And as I begin to mentally re-situate myself in the web of existence (of which I never left and cannot leave) I find it much more helpful to view our mortal world more so as hungry than plainly evil or immoral. Humans not only possess physical hunger but mental and spiritual as well. Humans really have their hunger cut out for them, and I want to be gentle with this.
