I guess I, too, am a conservative. I want to conserve the truth. I want to conserve facts. If liberalism mean "anything goes," then I, too, am a conservative. But then, that means Trump is a liberal because he throws around a lot shi and has a total disregard for truth and facts. The one disagreement I have with this thoughtful piece is the dismissal of "glib secular pieties." What the f... are those? I want to know why Damir is embracing religion. I mean I get it. This disassembling of our so-called norms is disturbing. But is that a reason to seek truth in the myths of religion?
