In fact, the South was full of Jews - many of whom were slave owners and slave traders - and Southerners held no animosity toward Jews until Leo Frank allegedly killed Mary Phagan and rich Northern Jews mounted a campaign to get him off (and founded the ADL as a result.) One reason blacks have been going after Asians is because Asian shopkeepers, particularly Koreans, decided to exploit black communities for financial gain.
