This is a troubling statement Substack Team. The FACE Act clearly forbids the kind of invasion of a worship gathering that the BLM activists engaged in. Lemon went with the protesters into the church and confronted leaders. At that point it was not journalism, it was a felony. Whether the arrests accomplish anything is one question. But they are very clearly not attacks on free speech!
