A quick reminder that Democrat Taylor Rehment flipped the script and defeated her GOP rival in the Texas State Senate runoff for District 9 with only 35% of the votes coming from Democrats, or people in Democratic households voting.

50% of the the ballots came from Republicans, or people in GOP households.

The tide is turning in Texas with the GOP base saying "hell no" to Trumpism and Trump loyalists.
