One of my favorite parts of traveling is getting to explore new Catholic churches! This is St. Michael the Archangel in Cleveland. Absolutely stunning!

How to rewire your mind in next 7 days:

Wake up and don't look at your phone for 1 hour.

Drink 3 litres of water every day.

Do your most important task in the morning.
