I’m committed to being a regular human and not a superhuman.
I nourish myself with food and drink that I love.
I hug my people daily–sometimes hourly.
I go outside and touch grass.
I don’t finish my task list every day.
I don’t carry the weight of the world on my shoulders.
I don’t wear a uniform made of Spandex.
I rely on my body to tell me what she needs.
I rely on others to hold up this life we’re living.
And I rely on God to sustain it all–on the good days and on the bad.
Let’s be regular humans today, friends.
Tell me: What’s one way you’re committed to being a regular human!
