I was lucky enough to get a sneak peek of Miami Magic, the new short film that Jen Orta Castellanos & the Miami Film Lab produced. It is so relatable. You might not have dressed up as a singing piece of fruit, but most of us know the feeling of knowing that your life didn’t quite turn out the way you thought or hoped it would. And the writing is good!

The short will have its world premiere at the Miami Film Festival this Saturday, April 11 as part of the I’m Every Woman Shorts Block. Go support Jen, and the Miami Film Lab, if you can!
