My friend and I are having a long distance book club that we accidentally started when she showed me the most adorable book cover. I told her I wanted to read it. “How about we read it together? And then write letters about it?”

We’ve been exchanging letters for 10 years, but this is next level. I can gripe about any typos I find. I can give it random ratings between 1 and 10 for any categories I think of- storyline, characters; plus subjective ratings. I can ask questions, rave, rant, critique, admire- and she knows everything I’m talking about and is interested. We can text about it, but each book requires a letter. (We’re on book 2, so, clearly we’ve done this enough times right? 😉)
