He did speak about the 14th amendment & that it was already happening in reference to Drumpf, but did not say they wouldn't certify. Why do you think Drumpf delayed delayed delayed? Because as everyone has been saying, he wanted to avoid jail. Because if convicted of insurrection, he couldn't be president. Apparently when rich enough, the law doesn't matter.
