Winter immunity boost (adjust as needed):

*I don’t have exact measurements, but it’s about ½ each of a small lemon and orange for about 2 servings per day.

Add it all to a blender, blend & strain, keep in the fridge in an airtight jar for 24 hours:

  • Orange & a bit of the peel

  • Lemon & a bit of the peel

  • Fresh ginger & curcuma (turmeric)

  • A bit of chile or cayenne pepper & garlic (omit if sensitive—I only use a little)

  • Cinnamon & clove (ground or the whole spice)

  • Sea salt & pepper

  • Honey & apple cider vinegar

  • Filtered water

I drink about the amount of a small shot glass, or ~2-3 Tbsp, about 20 minutes after breakfast or lunch.
