Winter immunity boost (adjust as needed):
*I don’t have exact measurements, but it’s about ½ each of a small lemon and orange for about 2 servings per day.
Add it all to a blender, blend & strain, keep in the fridge in an airtight jar for 24 hours:
Orange & a bit of the peel
Lemon & a bit of the peel
Fresh ginger & curcuma (turmeric)
A bit of chile or cayenne pepper & garlic (omit if sensitive—I only use a little)
Cinnamon & clove (ground or the whole spice)
Sea salt & pepper
Honey & apple cider vinegar
Filtered water
I drink about the amount of a small shot glass, or ~2-3 Tbsp, about 20 minutes after breakfast or lunch.
