I looove this honey garlic braised pork because the cooking is mostly hands-off and it makes a looot, so you can have half for dinner and freeze the rest for a rainy (or lazy!) day. Mix it with pasta, serve it over rice, spoon it onto fluffy brioche buns, tuck it into tortillas with some slaw for tacos — the possibilities are quite literally endless.
