Make money doing the work you believe in

The best cue is the one they remember under pressure.

Early in my coaching career I gave players too much information.

Ten things to think about. Five checkpoints. Three reminders.

None of it showed up when it mattered.

Now I give one cue. Sometimes two.

Something so simple they can hear it in their own head at the top of their mark with 25000 people watching.

That’s the job.

Not how much you know.

How little the player needs to perform.
