Drug free, means I have shifted my source of frequency. I have stopped outsourcing my emotional state to an external chemical. I have become the Cause of my own vibration, rather than being its Effect. I stared into the void and chose to generate my own light, instead of waiting for a match.

I have learned to sit in the discomfort, the boredom, the pain, and not react by altering my frequency artificially. I can allow the natural rhythm to flow through me, trusting the troughs as much as the crests.

How did you reconcile Polarity? 

I no longer see sobriety, and addiction as a war. They're two points of the same line of experience. I have integrated the shadow, and in doing so, I have neutralized its power.

continue being free and clean.

This is the language of the eternal NOW. This is not a hope for the future. This is a declaration of my current, everlasting state.  I am not trying to stay clean. I am a being of clarity and will. The "will continue" is simply the Rhythm of my new nature unfolding in time.
