Make money doing the work you believe in

Earlier I posted my “Eating what’s in Season” produce chart. This recipe has a lot of those ingredients in it.

I walked into the kitchen and let it flirt with me a little.

Garlic and pancetta hit the pan first…

kissing the oil, waking everything up, making you crave what’s coming next.

Asparagus softens into it, peas stay sweet,

rocket (arugula) slips in at the end… and a squeeze of lemon pulls it all together.

Nothing overdone.

Just enough to keep you right there… going back for another bite you didn’t plan on.
