I've watched people with incredible talent blow up everything because they couldn't sit with a hard conversation. 

Emotional maturity is the ceiling. Not strategy. Not intellect. Can you take feedback without spiraling? Can you respond instead of react?

Nobody cares how smart you are if you're exhausting to work with.
